Warren is a motivated leader and mentor with more than 20 years of experience, providing long term business strategies to a variety of organizations and industries, helping them achieve exponential growth and success. Warren left his native England in 1993 for Atlanta, GA, where he continued to pursue his passion for sports and coaching. He worked in the Georgia State Soccer Association as a coach and mentor while taking a more participatory role captaining the Siemens corporate hockey team
He has a BA in Literature and Creative writing and has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL). Warren has over 20 years’ experience with projects in IT managed services, corporate sales team management, medical and financial software implementation, instructional design and corporate training.
Warren’s passion revolves around empowering others to achieve their fullest potential, creating a path for their success that fits their personality. He utilizes creative problem-solving to develop and evaluate options, implement transparent solutions, and create collective success.
John Virden | Executive Director
John Virden is acting Executive Director at Caffe D'Arte, where his emphasis lies in building a strong commitment to encouraging accountability through team building and mutual cooperation. He studied Arts in Ethics and Human Behavior at University of Washington. He also holds an associates degree in Business Management which have both supported him in pursuit of his goals to apply team building and leadership to direct company goals and objectives.
John has held positions such as director, vice president, and founder of his own company over a span of 30+ years. His successes with how he approaches employees to build trust and mutual respect has proven a key trait to support businesses in achieving top line sales, emphasizing his skills in effective leadership, team building, budgeting, and secure long term partnerships with clients. Along with this, John has put his focus on the individuals he employs, offering a mentor ship by encouraging them to recognize their own true potential and encourage their personal growth within the company as well as in their lives.
